first of all check for this wire rub and see how bad yours has worn through. its on the side that lays agains the ac compressor hard line joint. If thats not it then I would make sure the primer ball is hard and try to start it. Get someone to prime it as you try and start.

Pinching the return line isn't always enough. The injectors need a good bit of pressure to fire. If you apply a little bit of air pressure to the return line, and crank it, that will be your best chance of getting it to fire up quicker. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors.
