The box is marked "Pairpoint Mfg Co., New Bedford Mass., Quadruple Plate" on the bottom with "Pat Apld For" and the numbers 3739. This little box measures 2 1/2" wide and 1 1/8" tall. It is in good condition but needs polished and cleaned. The inside of the box has a blue silk lining but it is torn and frayed.
