I prefer Porto. There's admittedly more to do in Lisbon but that doesn't really help you if you only have 2 days. Porto is more compact and prettier, in my opinion. I was there last year and the construction wasn't bad. In 2 days you can do some wine tasting and walk around the city, they also have a bunch of fun wine-themed museums.
