But...it is so empty. Mindful cabin has next to no wild life near it. The cabin on the island isnt bad, but lack of close coal is a big issue. The airfield is a nice base but it's so central to everything and surrounded by vastness there's not much to explore to pass the time.

The first is simple and I expect to clear it up very soon. That is a cave I visited in a thick fog. It was called something like "Glib's Cave". I couldn't map it because of the fog, and I haven't been able to find it again. The second is potentially more interesting. I mapped a rope climb without a rope. I was at the bottom of the climb.

The best birch and coal spawns. Two 6-burner-stoves. Decent amount of cattails. HRV is a bitch to learn. Once you've explored the map (and learned the cheeses), the map feels fair and rewarding.
